Endolaser

Endolaser is a technology developed as an alternative to surgical facelift methods, aiming to provide both tightening and definition of the facial contour without creating an incision on the skin surface. Thanks to micro optical fibres finer than a strand of hair, laser energy is delivered directly beneath the skin; the connective tissues and fat tissue can be targeted without damaging the surface of the skin. It can offer effective results particularly in areas such as the jawline, the double chin area, the cheeks and the neck.

What Is Endolaser?

Without touching the surface, light that works underneath.

Developed as an alternative to surgical facelift methods, this technology aims to provide both tightening and definition of the facial contour without creating an incision on the skin surface.

Thanks to the micro optical fibres used in the treatment, which are finer than a strand of hair, laser energy is delivered directly beneath the skin. In this way the connective tissues and fat tissue beneath the skin can be targeted without damaging the surface of the skin. Endolaser treatment can offer effective results particularly in areas where signs of ageing are frequently seen, such as the jawline, the double chin area, the cheeks and the neck.

Who Is Endolaser Suitable For?

Endolaser may be a suitable option particularly:

  • in people with mild to moderate sagging of the face or neck,
  • in those who wish to define the jawline,
  • in those who complain of fat accumulation and laxity in the double chin area,
  • in those who do not want a surgical facelift operation,
  • in those who wish to improve skin quality and firmness,
  • in women and men seeking non-surgical facial rejuvenation methods.

In people with advanced excess skin and pronounced facial sagging, surgical facelift methods may provide more effective results; the most appropriate treatment plan should be determined individually after the examination.

Is Endolaser Treatment Possible Without Fat Reduction?

Yes. Endolaser treatment does not always have to be carried out for the purpose of fat reduction. According to the patient's needs and the treatment plan, laser energy can be applied so as to act only on the connective tissues and collagen structures beneath the skin. Particularly in people who do not have pronounced excess fat on the face but who complain of skin laxity, loss of elasticity and mild sagging, tightening and collagen stimulation alone can be the aim, without targeting the fat tissue. With this approach the aim is to achieve a firmer, tauter and younger appearance while preserving facial volume.

Advantages

The advantages of Endolaser.

It does not require a surgical procedure, no incisions or sutures are used; it offers minimal recovery time, supports collagen production and can be applied to more than one area in a single session.

— 01

No surgery required

It does not require a surgical procedure.

— 02

No incisions or sutures

No incisions or sutures are used; a 200–300 micron micro optical fibre is placed beneath the skin.

— 03

Minimal recovery

It offers a minimal recovery period; it allows a quick return to daily life.

— 04

A collagen-based result

The laser energy tightens the existing collagen and triggers new production; the results become progressively more apparent within 2–6 months.

Treatment Areas

Treatment areas.

Endolaser is a versatile technology that can be applied for both facial rejuvenation and body contouring.

i

Jawline and double chin

Localised fat + sagging · jawline definition
The area for which Endolaser is most frequently requested. The sagging and localised fat in the double chin are targeted together and the jawline becomes defined. The leading first protocol for patients who are not considering a surgical facelift.
ii

The oval of the face

Contour firming
The oval of the face, which softens over time, is redefined; the transition between the cheek and the chin becomes sharper and lifted.
iii

Cheeks and the area around the mouth

Mild to moderate sagging
It tightens the slackened tissue in the cheeks and the descent around the mouth. As collagen is produced anew, the expression looks fresher.
iv

Nasolabial folds

Softening of the lines
The appearance of the nasolabial folds running from the nostril to the corner of the mouth is reduced as the underlying tissue tightens.
v

Neck laxity

Neck lines · platysma
Laxity in the skin of the neck and horizontal neck lines are tightened. The chin-neck angle takes on a clearer and younger appearance.
vi

Mild under-eye bags

A non-surgical option
It can be considered in a controlled way in suitable patients with mild under-eye bags who are not considering surgical eyelid surgery.
i

Inner arm laxity

Back of the upper arm
Tightening of inner arm laxity related to age and weight change. An intermediate step for patients who are not considering a surgical arm lift.
ii

Abdomen and waist area

Mild fat accumulation · skin laxity
The skin is tightened together with the localised fat accumulation in the lower abdomen and around the waist. It is preferred for small areas that do not respond to diet and exercise.
iii

Wrinkles above the knee

Tissue tightening
The fine wrinkles and slack tissue that accumulate above the knee are progressively softened through collagen stimulation.
iv

Inner thigh laxity

Inner surface of the thigh
The sagging and laxity on the inner surface of the thigh are targeted, assessed together with the localised fat. The area takes on a firmer and more defined appearance.
v

The appearance of cellulite

Surface irregularity
The tightening of the connective tissue beneath the skin and the micro-targeted heat effect may help to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
